Today something interesting happened, while me and Joe Sartino was trying to fix a log in problem that a employee at the registration was having. Joe was unable to log in to get into the main screen, even as a admin or a local admin. So we took it back to our workstation and he allowed me to give some test tries, I was able to update the PC and log in right after. I figured that Joe was typing the wrong user ID. It was interesting because Joe never had a problem like this before and he called it odd. I was able to help fix that problem and it made me feel that I am adding value to Abington Hospital during my internship. Also, I needed to replace a hard drive in a PC and ship the dysfunctional hard drive back to Lenovo. Another thing I did today was that I received tickets about a ricoh printer and the employee wanted to set a prompt or pass code before a person can scan to a specific folder. As day continued I received another tickets concerning about an employee was missing a batch file and I went online to check out how to mess with a batch file. I learned how to create a batch file and create a simple line of command that will prompt a computer about a message. Then I have to go to the 2nd floor of bureger and remove 7 Pc's, monitors, mouse, keyboard, and label printers. After that I got back to the office and I received another errand to help a coworker to deploy a W.O.W back to the 5th floor of lenfest.
